Environmentally safe and efficient, the STW
Water recycling
processes contaminated water and chemical solutions
through its proprietary filtration system, then re-filters
the solution continually and pumps it back into the
cleaning system.
By
filtering chemicals and recycling the water, the STW
system (patents pending) allows companies to experience greater
control over their chemical-to-water ratios to enhance
their cleaning capabilities. Water and chemical use
is typically reduced by up to 90 percent.
Instead of having to neutralize and dispose of the water-chemical solution, the solution is being continually filtered and recycled for optimal performance at a fraction of the cost. Standard units recycle approximately 4 gallons of water per minute -- and as much as 34 gallons per minute. Units can be custom designed for greater capacity.
By reusing the same solution, the system provides greater
control over the pH level and the amount of phosphate
cleaning agent in the water-chemical solution.
A company using 15,000 to 18,000 gallons of water per month and 165 to 185 gallons of chemical cleaning agent per month can expect to decrease its usage to less than 1,200 gallons of water and 7 gallons of cleaning agent per month by utilizing the STW Recycling System.
