by TASROP are carefully designed by
Robert Miller, a Certified Playground Safety
Inspector (CPSI); certified by the National Recreation
and Parks Association (NRPA) and the Consumer Products
Safety Commission (CPSC), under the auspices of the
National Playground Safety Institute (NPSI).
The
warranty on our playground products is for the
Lifetime
of the structural portion of the playground where
installed, against structural failure due to rust
through or workmanship. The plastics carry a 15 year
warranty and the wagons and trikes carry a 2 year
warranty against normal breakage due to composite
failure or workmanship.
We
guarantee all of the playground equipment that we
manufacture and install to meet or exceed all Consumer
Product Safety Commission standards as described in
the Handbook for Public Playground Safety. We follow
ASTM guidelines of ASTM F1487-05 (except sections
7.1.1, 10 and 12.6.1 [unless the targeted user is
Physically Challenged, in which case we design to that
realm with full intent to adhere to those
guidelines]). We also strictly adhere to Colorado and
National Recreation and Parks Association (NRPA)
guidelines.
We are
fully insured
and will name the school district or other entity as
co-insured in provided certificate. We have staff
available for any questions that might arise. We are
the manufacturer and support our playground systems
